Okay, so I've been using the Yowow BIT smartwatch for a couple weeks now, and I have to say... I'm impressed!
First off, the screen is actually really nice for the price. The colors pop, and it's super responsive to touch. I love that I can change the watch face whenever I want - currently rocking a cute puppy face that makes me smile every time I check the time.
The health tracking features are where this watch really shines. It tracks my heart rate pretty accurately (compared it to my doctor's office measurements), and the sleep monitoring actually makes sense - unlike some other budget watches I've tried. The blood oxygen reading seems legit too.
Battery life is... okay. I get about 3-4 days with moderate use. Not amazing but not terrible either. Charging is quick though!
The only real downside? The app could be better organized. It took me a while to find all the settings, but once you figure it out, it works fine.
For under $50? This is an absolute steal compared to big brand smartwatches. Definitely recommend if you want lots of features without breaking the bank!
