Let me start by saying, I didn't expect much from a $20 fitness tracker, but the Parsonver rose gold smartwatch has been a pleasant surprise. The sleek design looks way more expensive than it is, and the silicone band is so lightweight I often forget I'm wearing it.
The step counter works decently for daily walks (though it sometimes lags by a few minutes), and I love how it automatically detects when I start cycling at the gym. The 110+ sport modes feel excessive - who needs a specific mode for bowling? - but having dedicated tracking for running and swimming is nice.
Sleep tracking has been eye-opening. Seeing my REM cycles visualized makes me understand why some mornings feel more refreshing than others. The SpO2 monitoring during hikes gives me peace of mind about altitude adjustments.
Battery life is impressive - I get about 5 days between charges with continuous heart rate monitoring enabled. Speaking of which, while the heart rate sensor seems accurate during workouts, it occasionally shows suspiciously identical readings during rest periods.
The vibration alerts for calls are strong enough that I never miss them (great feature mentioned by hearing-impaired users!). However, message notifications can be inconsistent - some WhatsApp messages come through instantly while others don't appear at all.
After two months of use, my main complaint is that some features like hydration reminders mysteriously stopped working after a few weeks. But for basic fitness tracking and notifications, this delivers exceptional value. Just don't expect Apple Watch precision at this price point.
