First impressions matter, and the Beiyier safety tape definitely catches your eye with its bold black and yellow stripes. I used it to mark a slightly raised step in my garage, and the high-contrast design immediately made the hazard more noticeable. No more stubbed toes!
However, I was a bit disappointed with the adhesive strength. Compared to heavy-duty options like Gorilla Tape, this one feels thinner and less sticky. After a few days of foot traffic, some edges started peeling up. It works, but don’t expect industrial-grade durability.
On the plus side, applying it was a breeze—just clean the surface, peel, and stick. I also used it to mark off a wobbly shelf in my workshop, and it’s been great for visual warnings. Colleagues at my coworking space even borrowed some to label tripping hazards!
If you need a quick, affordable way to highlight dangers (and don’t mind occasional re-taping), this gets the job done. But for high-traffic areas, you might want something thicker.
