Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. Like many other reviewers, I found these liners simply don't fit the Janibell Akord 280 Slim Model as advertised. The diameter is too small, making them impossible to use with the dispenser as intended.

When I tried stretching them to at least use as regular disposal bags, they tore easily - not what you want when dealing with soiled adult diapers. The material might be thicker on paper (22% according to description), but in practice they're frustratingly fragile when stretched.

The biggest issue is the misleading compatibility claim. I bought these specifically for my Janibell pail based on the product description, only to find they're completely unusable for their intended purpose. By the time I realized this, it was too late to return them.

If you're considering these liners for your Janibell Akord 280 Slim Model Pail, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere or verifying the fit immediately upon delivery while you can still return them. It's disappointing when a product doesn't live up to its basic compatibility promise.
