However, I have to dock points for the index situation. Previous editions had this amazingly detailed index where I could find anything in seconds. Now we're stuck with just a scheduled index - it's like going from GPS directions back to paper maps! When you're in the middle of client work and need quick answers, this change is genuinely frustrating.

The binding quality seems improved though - my 2017 edition was falling apart from heavy use, but this one feels sturdier. And despite my index complaints, the core content updates are thorough and reflect all the latest standards changes we need to implement.
