Let me start by saying this fitness tracker is a great deal for the price. At just $39.99, it offers features that are usually found in much more expensive models. The big 1.47" HD screen is beautiful and easy to read, making it simple to check your stats on the go.
I've been using this watch for about a month now, and I have mixed feelings. On one hand, I love how it tracks my heart rate throughout the day and monitors my blood oxygen levels. The stress management feature is surprisingly accurate - it often alerts me when I'm feeling anxious before I even realize it myself.
However, the workout tracking leaves much to be desired. Like other reviewers mentioned, the calorie count during exercise is completely off. I did an intense 45-minute HIIT session that should have burned at least 300 calories, but the watch showed only 15! This makes it nearly useless for tracking workout intensity.
The sleep tracking is another disappointment. It claimed I slept through the night without waking up, when in reality I got up twice to use the bathroom and check on my dog. If you're serious about sleep monitoring, this isn't the device for you.
On a positive note, the battery life is fantastic - I only need to charge it every 2-3 weeks with normal use. The waterproof feature works well too; I've worn it in heavy rain and while washing dishes without any issues.
The design is sleek and comfortable for everyday wear, though one reviewer mentioned skin irritation after prolonged use (something to watch out for if you have sensitive skin). The notifications work reliably for calls and texts, though some app notifications can be hit or miss.
Bottom line: For $40, this is a decent basic smartwatch with some health monitoring features that work reasonably well when you're not exercising. But if accurate workout tracking or sleep monitoring are important to you, you'll probably want to invest in a higher-end model.
