Let me start by saying these STAEDTLER brush pens are a game-changer for anyone into brush lettering or botanical illustrations. The pack of 6 green and turquoise shades has become my go-to for adding lush foliage details to my artwork.

The pigment quality is impressive - colors stay vibrant even after drying, and they work beautifully on different surfaces. I especially love how the medium-firm brush nib gives me both fine lines and broad strokes with just the right amount of flexibility.

Compared to Faber Castell Pitt Pens (which I also own), these are significantly more affordable while delivering similar performance. The ink flow is slightly less 'juicy' than FC markers, but I actually prefer this for better control when doing detailed work.

My only complaint? The caps come off too easily! I've started storing them horizontally in a case because I'm paranoid about them drying out. That said, the amazing color payoff makes this minor flaw worth tolerating.
