Let me start by saying these Irish Setter Wingshooter boots have become my go-to footwear for everything from muddy hunting trips to weekend errands. The full-grain leather feels premium right out of the box, though I'll admit they were a bit stiff during the first few wears - but that's normal for quality leather boots. After about a week of breaking them in (including one memorable rainy hike), they molded to my feet beautifully.

The waterproofing is LEGIT. I've stood in shallow streams for photography sessions and my socks stayed completely dry thanks to that UltraDry construction.
