Let me start by saying these Havit Hybrid ANC earbuds have been my daily drivers for commuting, and they're a mixed bag of awesome audio and frustrating flaws.
The noise cancellation is legit impressive - it cuts about 80% of subway noise and makes my morning commute bearable. The bass response shocked me - deep and punchy without being muddy. I tested them playing Billie Eilish's 'Bad Guy' while walking by construction sites, and the low end stayed crisp.
Battery life is insane. I get about 6 hours per charge (with ANC on), and the case gives me nearly a full week between charges. The LED display is super convenient - no more guessing when I need to juice up.
Now the bad news: these might be the worst microphone earbuds I've ever used for calls. My coworkers say I sound like I'm "talking through a tin can underwater." It's baffling how good the speakers are versus how terrible the mics perform.
The fit is... okay. After trying all three tip sizes, I still find myself adjusting them every 30 minutes during workouts. They stay in, but never quite feel perfectly seated like my AirPods Pro do.
If you want amazing sound quality for music at this price point and can live with mediocre call quality, these are a steal. Just don't buy them if you take lots of calls or need all-day comfort.
