Let me start by saying, I was skeptical about these incontinence underwear at first. The idea of reusable, washable underwear for men with mild to moderate incontinence sounded too good to be true. But after testing them out, I have some thoughts to share.
The fabric is surprisingly soft and breathable, which is a huge plus. Unlike traditional adult diapers that feel like you're wearing a plastic bag, these actually feel like regular underwear. They're lightweight and stretchy, making them easy to put on and take off.
Now, the big question: do they work? Well, it depends. If you're upright or lying on your side, they perform pretty well. The absorbency is decent, and I didn't experience any leaks in those positions. However, if you're lying flat on your back... let's just say gravity isn't your friend here. There's potential for backflow.
The sizing is a bit tricky. They run small - I'd recommend sizing up if you're between sizes. The waistband is snug (which helps prevent leaks), but might feel too tight if you don't get the right size.
One major advantage over diapers? Dignity. These look and feel much more like regular underwear than bulky adult diapers. For men who are still mobile and want to maintain some independence, this could be a great option.
A few drawbacks: the instructions are basically nonexistent (you'll need to figure out the 'special lip' mechanism yourself), and they're not foolproof against all types of leakage scenarios.
Verdict? If you have mild incontinence and mostly stay upright or on your side, these could be a comfortable alternative to diapers. But they're not magic - positioning matters a lot.
