After using the Amzhero Fitness Tracker for several weeks, I can confidently say it's a solid option for those who want basic health monitoring without breaking the bank. The bright 1.47-inch display is easy to read, even in sunlight, and the touch response is surprisingly smooth for a budget device.
The step tracking and heart rate monitoring are fairly accurate during workouts. I compared it with my phone's pedometer during walks, and the difference was minimal (about 5-10% variance). The sleep tracking feature gives interesting insights about deep vs light sleep cycles, though like some users mentioned, it sometimes misses when I actually fall asleep before midnight.
Where this tracker really shines is battery life - I consistently get 10-12 days between charges with normal use (heart rate monitoring on, about 1 hour of workout tracking daily). That's significantly better than most smartwatches in this price range.
However, there are some notable drawbacks. The blood pressure readings are consistently about 20 points higher than my manual cuff measurements - not reliable for medical purposes. Also, while it's waterproof for swimming, the distance tracking during pool sessions seemed inaccurate compared to my actual lap count.
The companion app (Gloryfit) is functional but basic. It syncs data reliably but lacks the polished interface of more expensive brands. Notification alerts work well for calls and texts but can be delayed for some social media apps.
For under $50 (especially if you catch a sale), this tracker offers excellent value if you prioritize battery life and basic fitness metrics over medical-grade accuracy or premium features. Just don't rely on its blood pressure readings for health decisions.
