Let me start by saying this hoodie is ADORABLE. The flannel fabric is soft, lightweight, and surprisingly well-made for reptile apparel. My bearded dragon, Spike, looked like a tiny lumberjack ready for his Instagram close-up.
The good: The armholes are perfectly sized - not too tight to struggle with, but snug enough to stay put. The drawstring hood is cute (though honestly unnecessary since beardies don't have necks like we do). The quality stitching holds up well against occasional lizard wiggles.
The reality check: Getting it on requires patience and a cooperative dragon. I found it easiest during Spike's lazy afternoon basking time when he's most docile. He tolerates it for photos but definitely gives me the side-eye.
Important note: This is strictly an outside-the-enclosure fashion piece. Never leave it on unsupervised - our scaly friends need their heat lamps and freedom to thermoregulate!
Perfect for: Holiday photoshoots (Spike's Halloween costume was legendary), surprising your reptile-loving friends, or just giving your dragon that extra dose of ridiculous cuteness we all secretly want.
