Let me start by saying these T5577 cards are THICC in the best way possible. At 1.8mm thickness, they feel substantially more durable than standard access cards I've used before. The clamshell design makes them surprisingly sturdy - I've accidentally sat on them multiple times and they haven't bent or cracked.
Programming was a breeze with my Flipper Zero. Unlike some cheaper alternatives, these blank cards took the programming perfectly on first try every time. The rewritable feature is fantastic - I've already reused several cards for different access systems without any issues.
The value is unbeatable at roughly $1 per card. For comparison, my workplace pays $3-4 for similar (but thinner) cards from our vendor. The PVC material feels premium and has held up well to daily pocket carrying.
One thing to note: these come completely blank as advertised. You'll need proper programming equipment and knowledge of your system's format requirements (1386, 1326, H10301 etc). But once programmed, they've worked flawlessly with every 125kHz reader I've tested.
I'm using them for home automation (garage door), office access, and even created some fun NFC business cards. The thickness makes them satisfying to handle while still fitting in standard card readers.
