Let me start by saying this Katsuki Bakugo figure is an absolute blast (pun intended). The 6.5-inch scale feels perfect for both display and play, with that signature spiky hair instantly recognizable from My Hero Academia.

The articulation is where this figure truly shines - 30+ points mean you can recreate all of Bakugo's explosive poses. I spent a good hour just testing different action stances, and the joints hold positions surprisingly well. Though fair warning: those thigh joints are STIFF out of the package - I had to carefully work them loose to avoid feeling like I'd snap them.

Jazwares knocked it out of the park with accessories. Three face plates capture Bakugo's range from cocky smirk to battle scream perfectly. The energy effects for his AP shots clip on securely (after some initial fiddling), and the alternate hands let you switch between relaxed and explosion-ready poses. That back tab for optional stand mounting? Genius touch.

Paint quality exceeded expectations - crisp lines with no noticeable bleed, especially impressive on the costume details. The only nitpick? Those shoes look slightly... off proportion-wise when examined closely.

While durable enough for posing, the spiky hair makes head swaps slightly painful (very on-brand for Bakugo). Not ideal for young kids due to small parts, but perfect for teen/adult collectors. At this price point? It demolishes the competition harder than Bakugo's Howitzer Impact.
