Let's talk about the HIGH FLYING dashboard organizer for the Toyota 4Runner. On paper, it sounds like a dream come true - adjustable, multi-functional, and made from aluminum alloy. But how does it hold up in real life? Here's my take.
The good: Installation is a breeze. No drilling or permanent alterations needed, which is a huge plus. The build quality feels solid, and the packaging is excellent. When it works, it works well - my phone stayed put during some light off-roading, which was impressive.
Now the not-so-good: The left side mount is frustratingly loose no matter how much I tightened it (and yes, I almost broke a screw trying). The phone holder seems designed for smaller, older phones - my Samsung S24 Ultra in its armor case just wouldn't stay put. If you've got a larger modern phone with a case, this might not be the solution for you.
Final verdict? It's got potential but falls short on some key points. Great if you have smaller devices and can get the mounting just right, but otherwise might leave you wanting more.
