Okay, so I finally got my hands on this EAVD floral comforter set after seeing all the hype. First impression? The packaging was TIGHT—like, vacuum-sealed-to-the-point-of-no-return tight. Had to let it breathe for a solid hour before it even resembled a blanket.
The good stuff: It’s SOFT. Like, 'sinking into a cloud' soft. The microfiber feels way more expensive than the price tag suggests, and the blue floral print is actually cute (though I wish they had non-floral options too). It’s lightweight but weirdly warm? Perfect for my year-round indecisive weather.
Now, the wrinkles… oh boy. Even after washing + drying twice, it looked like I’d slept on it for a decade. Had to break out the iron (who irons a comforter??) to salvage it. Also, the stuffing shifts a bit—woke up with one half suspiciously flat and the other lumpy. Not ideal.
Verdict? 7/10. Gorgeous and cozy, but be ready for a fight with wrinkles and occasional lumpiness. Would still recommend if you’re patient (or own a steamer).
