Okay, so I've been using these Prevail incontinence underwear for a few weeks now, and here's the real tea ☕

First off, the absorbency is LEGIT. Like, I spilled half my morning coffee on them (don't ask) and they handled it like champs. The high-cut design is super comfy - no weird thigh pinching like some other brands.

BUT... sizing is WILD inconsistent. I'm usually a Medium in everything, but had to size up after the first pack. Pro tip: if you're near the upper end of a size range, just go bigger. Trust me on this.

The waistband is nice and stretchy though - no red marks even after wearing all day. My grandma tried them too and said they're way more comfortable than her usual brand (she's picky AF about these things).

Would I buy again? Probably, but only after figuring out my correct size. They're definitely better for adults than kids based on what other parents are saying.
