Okay, so I grabbed this ARROYO apple slicer because, honestly, who has time to slice apples manually? First impressions: it looks sleek with that stainless steel and the anti-slip handle feels sturdy. The blades? Super sharp—no struggle cutting through apples at all.
But here’s the thing... the product description said 12 blades for 12 slices. Mine came with 8. Like, what? False advertising much? Still, it gets the job done, just with fewer slices than expected.
The handle is lightweight, which I like, but don’t go Hulk-mode on it—too much pressure and it feels like it might bend. Not ideal if you’re dealing with harder fruits or impatient toddlers.
Cleaning is a breeze though! Toss it in the dishwasher or just rinse it off. No fuss there. Overall, it’s decent but could be better. Would I buy again? Maybe if they fix the blade count issue.
