Okay, so I finally caved and got the Instant Pot Vortex Plus Air Fryer, and holy moly – why didn’t I buy this sooner?!

First off, the 6-in-1 functionality is no joke. Air frying? Check. Roasting veggies to perfection? Double check. Even reheating pizza (yes, PIZZA) without it turning into a sad, soggy mess? Magic.

The EvenCrisp tech is legit. My chicken wings come out golden and crispy every single time, like they’re straight from a sports bar (but way cheaper and healthier). And the preheating? Basically nonexistent. Frozen fries to crispy goodness in minutes – my impatient self approves.

Cleaning is stupid easy too. The non-stick basket just wipes clean, or toss it in the dishwasher when I’m feeling extra lazy (which is always).

Only downsides: 1) The app recipes are cool but honestly, I just wing it most times (pun intended). 2) It’s kinda loud when it beeps to flip food – my cat definitely judges me for startling him mid-nap.

Seriously though, if you’re on the fence about getting an air fryer, this one’s worth every penny. My oven is collecting dust now. #NoRegrets
