Okay, so I've been using these fabric resistance bands for about a month now, and here's the tea ☕️
First off - the grip is LEGIT. Unlike those cheap rubber bands that roll up or slide down your legs mid-squat, these actually stay put. The textured fabric makes all the difference when you're doing glute bridges or lateral walks.
The variety in resistance levels is chef's kiss 👌 From the lightest band (perfect for warm-ups) to the black one that feels like trying to stretch a seatbelt (not exaggerating!), there's something for every workout phase.
Portability? 10/10. I literally keep them in my work bag for quick office workouts. They take up less space than my lunch box.
Only downside? The colored bands had this weird chemical smell at first that took a couple washes to fade. Not a dealbreaker but worth mentioning.
Pro tip: YouTube has amazing band workout routines - I've been obsessed with banded clamshells and monster walks lately!
