Okay, so I wasn't expecting much from this watch given the price, but wow was I wrong! The FITVII Nexa has become my daily driver for fitness tracking and casual smartwatch use.
The call feature actually works decently - yes you need your phone nearby with volume up, but it's super handy when my hands are full. Text notifications show enough preview to know if something's urgent.
Sleep tracking seems accurate based on how I feel in the mornings. The breakdown of sleep cycles is fascinating though I'm not sure how precise it really is. Still, it's helped me notice patterns about my late-night phone scrolling habits!
The step counter... well let's just say if you fidget a lot like me, you'll get some 'bonus steps.' But for actual walks, it seems pretty close to accurate based on my tests.
Battery life is insane - I easily get 5-6 days even with all features enabled. Charging takes no time at all. The interchangeable bands (came with two!) make it easy to match outfits.
Is it perfect? No. The blood pressure readings seem questionable compared to my doctor's office. But for general fitness tracking and smart features at this price? Absolutely worth it!
