But here's where things get frustrating. The left-side arm just won't stay tight, no matter how much I fiddle with it. I actually snapped a screw trying to secure it! And if you've got a modern phone like my Samsung S24 Ultra in a protective case, forget about it—this mount was clearly designed for smaller, older phones.

The weirdest part? There's some mysterious component in the package that isn't explained anywhere. I'm still scratching my head wondering what it's for.
