Biggest win? The software. Scheduled my doors to auto-lock during ‘focus hours’ and even set up special access for my pizza guy (priorities). The 20,000 user capacity is overkill… unless you’re running a secret lair (no judgment).

Pro tip: Watch their installation videos twice. I may or may not have mixed up the exit button wires at 2AM. Their support team laughed with me (not at me) when I emailed panic photos at 3AM.

Only gripe? The app interface looks straight out of 2010, but hey—it remotely unlocks doors when I forget my keys in the fridge (again). Worth every penny.
