Okay, so I've been using these WSDCAM glass break sensors for about 3 months now and here's my real take on them.
First off - they WORK. Like seriously loud (125dB is no joke). I tested by tapping my windows at different intensities and the alarm scared both me and my cat the first time it went off. The blinking red light is a nice touch too.
The sensitivity adjustment is clutch. I live on a busy street and had to tweak it a bit after some false alarms from loud bass music (lol). Now it only goes off when someone actually touches the window.
Installation took like 2 minutes per window - just peel and stick. The slim design is way more discreet than I expected. Burglars would have to get up close to even notice them.
Battery life seems solid so far. Came with batteries installed which was convenient. Low battery warning gives me peace of mind.
Only con? My dog HATES when these go off (but that's kinda the point, right?). Would recommend keeping pets in mind when placing them.
For the price, these are way better than fake cameras or complicated security systems. They won't stop a determined burglar but will definitely scare off opportunists and give you warning.
