The battery life? Insane. We used it for a full 8-hour shift during our big sale and it didn't even blink. That charging cradle is super convenient too - just plop it in at closing time.

Now the not-so-great: The menu navigation feels like using an old flip phone sometimes. Took me forever to figure out how to switch between Bluetooth and 2.4G modes (protip: read the manual first!).
