Just installed these UFO LED high bay lights in my workshop, and wow—they are BRIGHT. Like, 'who turned on the sun?' bright. The 30,500 lumens claim is no joke. My space went from dungeon vibes to a well-lit studio instantly.
The installation was stupid easy—just hooked them up with the included cord and plug. No electrician needed, which saved me $$$. Though, heads-up: if you’re mounting on metal framing like I did, grab some D-rings beforehand. The included hardware is for wood.
Durability? So far, so good. The aluminum shell feels solid, and the heat dissipation seems legit (no weird smells or overheating). But... I saw a review where someone’s lights burned out after a few months? Kinda worrying. Fingers crossed mine last the promised 50,000 hours.
One gripe: the packaging. Came in a box of 10 when I only needed 6. Felt wasteful and annoying for storage. Also, the plastic housing *looks* like aluminum—kinda sneaky? Not a dealbreaker but c’mon.
Overall? Great for brightness/ease of use, but durability is still TBD. Would buy again... cautiously.
