Okay, so I finally caved and bought the MEYSPRING metallic pigment powder after seeing all the hype... and OMG it did NOT disappoint!
The silver shade I got is INSANELY pigmented. Like, a tiny pinch turns epoxy resin into liquid mercury - it's witchcraft I swear. My resin geodes now look like they're made of actual metal.
What blew my mind? This stuff is crazy versatile. Used it in:
- Resin jewelry (hello, space-age rings!)
- Nail polish (metallic manicure goals)
- Even mixed some into clear glue for DIY holographic stickers
Pro tip: A little goes SUCH a long way. My first time I used way too much and my project looked like a disco ball exploded - in a good way though!
The only bummer? It's so addictive I keep finding new ways to use it. My wallet is crying but my craft room looks AMAZING.
10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves shiny things. Just be warned - you'll start seeing everything as a potential surface to metallize!
