Just installed this 360° rotating electric water heater faucet in my kitchen, and here's the tea ☕️:
The Good: The instant heating is LEGIT - went from 0 to cozy-warm in seconds! The LED display is super helpful when adjusting temps, and the aluminum alloy handle feels sturdy. Installation was surprisingly easy for a DIY-challenged person like me.
The Bad: Had a minor panic when I saw some reviews about melting/fire hazards 😳. So far mine works fine, but I'm religious about checking water flow before turning on heat. Also got the wrong spout size (ordered small, received big) which was annoying.
Winter Test: Used it during a cold snap (about 40°F/4°C incoming water). It maintained ~104°F/40°C output at medium flow - perfect for washing dishes without scalding. The foam feature actually saves water without sacrificing pressure!
Pro Tip: ABS plastic feels cheaper than expected, but hasn't cracked yet. Definitely recommend professional installation if you're unsure - saw one horror story where someone's unit malfunctioned badly.
Verdict? 4/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ when it works, but keep that instruction manual (and maybe a fire extinguisher) handy just in case!
