Let me start by saying, for the price, this watch packs a punch! I've been using the Parsonver Smart Watch for about a month now, and it's become my go-to fitness tracker. The 1.8-inch HD screen is crisp and responsive (most of the time - more on that later), and I love how lightweight it feels on my wrist during workouts.
The swimming features are where this watch really shines. As someone who swims 3-4 times a week, I was skeptical about a $30 watch tracking my strokes accurately. Surprisingly, it does a decent job detecting different swimming styles and counting laps. Though I did notice it sometimes misses a lap or two when I'm doing flip turns - not perfect, but good enough for casual swimmers.
Battery life has been impressive! I consistently get about 6-7 days between charges with moderate use (tracking 1-2 workouts daily plus notifications). The waterproofing holds up well too - no issues after multiple pool sessions and even wearing it in the shower.
Now for the not-so-great parts... The touchscreen can be finicky, especially when my hands are wet after swimming. Sometimes takes multiple taps to respond. Also, while there are tons of watch faces available (seriously, over 100!), many look cheap or pixelated. The heart rate monitor works okay during steady-state exercises but seems to struggle with interval training accuracy.
The companion app is functional but feels clunky compared to more expensive brands. Syncing data sometimes takes longer than expected, and the interface isn't as intuitive as I'd like.
For notifications, it works well with my Android phone - texts and calls come through clearly. Can't speak to iPhone compatibility though based on some reviews that seems hit-or-miss.
All in all? If you want basic smartwatch features and decent fitness tracking without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Just don't expect Apple Watch level performance at this price point!
