Okay, so I finally caved and bought this vent deflector after my AC kept turning my bed into a sauna. First impressions? It's WAY better than those flimsy magnetic ones.

The foam tape is legit - no sliding around like my old one did. Plus, it fits vents from 3" to 7" which is perfect because my vents are all different sizes (thanks, weird apartment layout).

I was worried about installation but literally just peel and stick. Took me maybe 30 seconds per vent. Though fair warning - the white color stands out against dark floors like a sore thumb.

Performance-wise? Game changer. My bedroom vent was blasting cold air right at my headboard - now it redirects sideways and actually circulates through the room. HVAC guy said it might help with energy bills too!

Only gripe? The extension piece feels a bit janky when you snap it in place. Not sure how long that'll hold up with regular vacuuming around it.

Overall? 4.5/5 stars. Works exactly as advertised and actually looks decent quality unlike some competitors. Would buy again (but maybe wait for a sale next time).
