The silicone feels like that perfect middle ground between squishy and sturdy - like if Laffy Taffy decided to become body armor? Weird analogy but accurate. I've worn it for 4+ hours filming my kayak trips and literally forgot it was there.

That magnetic lock is GENIUS. My Insta360 Ace Pro isn't going anywhere unless I want it to (take that, clumsy dog walks!). The quick release works smoother than my ex's disappearing act.

Pro tip: Takes some angling experiments to get the perfect shot. My first few clips had that awkward 15° tilt (fixed in post), but once you bend the aluminum core just right? Chef's kiss POV footage.
