Okay, so I grabbed these blue light glasses for my 8-year-old screen zombie (I mean, sweet child) and… surprise! They’re actually great.

First off, they fit tiny human faces perfectly. No sliding down the nose during intense Minecraft sessions. The transparent lenses don’t scream "I’m wearing weird glasses" which is a win for kid approval ratings.

Not gonna lie – I stole them for my late-night doomscrolling. The difference is noticeable! Less eye strain, fewer "mommy why are your eyes red" questions at breakfast. They block blue light without making everything look like a sepia filter (looking at you, amber-tinted glasses).

Durability test: Survived being sat on twice (kid) but did NOT survive being chewed by the dog. So maybe keep away from pets? Also comes with bonus UV protection – because apparently sunlight exists too.

Pro tip: The purple ones look cooler than the blue. This is critical information when dealing with opinionated small humans.
