Okay so I finally caved and bought this viral tape dispenser after seeing it all over crafting TikTok...

First impressions? The product I received was Eagle brand instead of the cute pastel one shown in ads. Major side-eye to false advertising!

Compared to my old SingleHand dispenser (RIP after 5 loyal years), this feels SUPER cheap. The plastic is thin and the mechanism doesn't glide smoothly.

That said... it does technically work? I've been using it for gift wrapping and scrapbooking, and while it's not luxurious, it gets the job done.

Would I repurchase? Probably not. But if you need a basic tape dispenser and don't mind questionable branding, it's an okay budget option.
