Okay, so I've been using these blue light glasses for about a month now, and here's the tea ☕.

First off, the eye strain relief is REAL. I work a 9-5 staring at screens and my eyes used to feel like sandpaper by 3pm. These actually help - not magic, but definitely noticeable difference.

The frames? Cute but kinda cheap feeling. They look decent in my Zoom calls though! The case is a nice touch - I toss them in my bag without worrying.

Sleep benefits? Meh. Maybe slight improvement? But tbh I still scroll TikTok at 2am so that's probably on me 😅

Biggest surprise: they came with this little blue light tester thingy which is actually super cool to play with!

Would I buy again? Probably - they do their main job well enough for the price. Just don't expect luxury quality.
