Okay, so I finally got my hands on this Katoex BBQ blanket bag, and holy smokes (pun intended), it's a total game-changer!

First off - the SIZE. This thing is massive! I could probably fit a whole Thanksgiving turkey in here with room to spare. Used it for my 15lb brisket last weekend and there was still space. The 49L capacity is no joke.

The insulation is LEGIT. Five layers? More like five stars! My meat stayed piping hot for over 2 hours while resting. Juices were perfectly reabsorbed - the brisket came out so tender my guests thought I'd been cooking for days.

Handles are sturdy AF. Carried a full load (probably 40lbs?) with zero issues. The velcro closure is strong enough to survive my overly enthusiastic golden retriever's curiosity too.

Cleanup? Wipe-and-go easy. No weird smells linger either which is huge for me.

Only thing - wish it came in fun colors! But hey, at this price point with this quality? Can't complain. Already planning to buy another as a gift for my brother who's always burning his fingers trying to wrap briskets in towels.
