Okay, so I’ve been using this Excel-based income and expense tracker for a few weeks now, and here’s the tea ☕.
First off, if you’re NOT an Excel wizard (like me), this might feel a bit intimidating at first. But once you get the hang of it, it’s actually pretty straightforward. The cells are easy to tweak, and you can customize reports to show exactly what you need. No coding degree required!
That said… if you’re looking for something to remind you when bills are due? Nope. This ain’t it. I saw some reviews expecting that feature, but this is purely for tracking—not reminders. So manage those expectations!
Price-wise? Solid. After years of overpaying for QuickBooks (RIP my wallet), this was a breath of fresh air. It does the basics well: income, expenses, receipts—no fluff.
One gripe: macros. For some reason, I couldn’t enable all of them? Not a dealbreaker but kinda annoying.
Verdict: If you want a no-frills tracker and don’t mind Excel, it’s worth the $$. But if you need bells and whistles… maybe keep shopping.
