Just got this tubing for my kegerator setup and wanted to share some honest thoughts after a week of use.

The good: It's definitely clear (like, crystal clear) which is awesome for monitoring liquid flow. Cut it easily with scissors and fits standard 1/2" connectors perfectly. Used it for beer lines and it handled the pressure just fine at about 12 PSI.

The not-so-good: That plastic smell is NO JOKE. Like opening a new shower curtain but stronger. Left it uncoiled in my garage for 3 days before using and it still had a faint odor. Wouldn't use it for wine like some reviews mentioned - sticking to beer where the smell hopefully won't transfer.

Biggest surprise: The 'kink-proof' claim is... optimistic. When it arrived tightly coiled, it held those kinks stubbornly. Had to soak sections in hot water to relax the memory. Once straightened though, it works fine if you're careful with bends.

Final verdict? Solid budget option if you need clear tubing fast, but might splurge on silicone next time for food-grade peace of mind.
