Just got my hands on the JJM Auto Rebound Ab Roller, and here's my honest take after a week of use.
The Good: The wide dual wheels (3.9 inches!) give crazy stability compared to those wobbly single-wheel rollers. I didn't feel like I was about to faceplant mid-roll, which is a BIG win. The foam handles are comfy, and the silent rollers are legit - no annoying squeaks during late-night workouts.
The Auto-Rebound? Okay, don't expect some magical bounce-back. It's subtle - just enough assist to prevent that 'stuck in plank position' struggle. The spring resistance feels solid when rolling out though.
Portability Win: Love that the handles slide off easily for travel. Threw it in my gym bag no problem. Way better than my old one where the handles were permanently attached.
Watch Out: There's a right way to roll this thing! The tread pattern forms an arrow - push THAT direction or you might damage the spring (learned this the hard way). Also, mine came slightly loose - had to tighten some parts before first use.
Final Verdict: For the price? Solid ab roller that gets the job done with nice stability features. Just manage your expectations on the 'auto-rebound' aspect and double-check assembly tightness.
