Okay, so I've been using the Razer Kishi for about a month now, and here's the real tea ☕️
First off - this thing TRANSFORMS your phone into a proper gaming machine. I was playing Genshin Impact on my Pixel 7 Pro and it felt like I was holding a Nintendo Switch (but with better graphics tbh).
The direct USB-C connection is chef's kiss 👌 No lag whatsoever compared to Bluetooth controllers I've tried before. And the pass-through charging? Lifesaver when you're in the middle of an intense session.
Button quality is... interesting. The analog triggers feel premium, but the face buttons are kinda mushy? Like pressing marshmallows. Still miles better than touch controls though.
Biggest gripe: Phone cases are a no-go. Had to remove my slim Spigen case every time which got annoying fast. Also no headphone jack - had to use wireless buds.
Portability is insane though! Folds up smaller than my wallet. Been carrying it everywhere - work commute, coffee shops, even used it while waiting at the DMV (10/10 would recommend).
Final verdict? If you game on your phone regularly, this is absolutely worth it despite some quirks. Just don't expect Xbox Elite controller quality at this price point.
