Just finished building this Anime Castle set and WOW – it's absolutely stunning! The intricate details and movable parts make it feel like a real piece of Japanese architecture.

The 1,245 pieces were no joke though. This is definitely NOT for beginners or impatient builders. Some parts are tiny and required serious concentration (and maybe a few deep breaths).

Had one minor issue – my kit was missing some flat brown parts mentioned in the manual. Thankfully, I could work around it, but buyers should double-check their pieces when opening.

What I loved most: The rotating gears actually work! And the vibrant colors make this pop as a display piece. It's become the centerpiece of my gaming room that always sparks conversations.

Fair warning: The packaging comes in simple plastic bags (no fancy box), but all pieces arrived undamaged. Would make an amazing gift for anime-loving adults – just maybe not for young kids given the complexity.

Already planning to buy another set for my best friend who's obsessed with Japanese culture!
