Okay, so I bought these adult diapers for my elderly dad and here's the real tea...

First off, the quilted fabric is actually pretty comfy! Doesn't feel like you're wearing a plastic bag which is a huge plus. The cloth-like material makes it discreet under clothes too.

The absorbency is decent for light/moderate needs. Changed about 3 times during the night and no leaks! The odor control works better than I expected - no embarrassing smells during family visits.

BUT... those refastenable tabs are tricky! First few tries they kept coming undone until we got the hang of it. Pro tip: make sure the area is completely dry before sticking.

Sizing was accurate for my dad's 50" waist. The elastic gathers prevent gaps but still allow some airflow. However, if you're between sizes maybe go up - they run slightly snug.

Biggest complaint? Quality control seems inconsistent. Out of 15, about 2 had weak seams that tore easily. For the price though, still better than drugstore brands we've tried.

Final verdict: Solid 7/10. Great for daytime use or light nighttime protection, but heavy wetters might need something more heavy-duty.
