Okay, so I've been using these VIEWBETTER clip-on blue light glasses for about a month now, and here's the real tea ☕.
First off - the convenience is A+. I wear prescription glasses daily, and being able to just snap these on when I'm doomscrolling at night is a game-changer. The one-handed clip works surprisingly well, though sometimes I do fumble it when I'm half-asleep watching Netflix.
The yellow tint was weird at first - like suddenly living in a sepia filter world. But after about 20 minutes? My brain totally adjusted. Now when I take them off at night, regular lights look aggressively blue (which honestly proves they're working).
Sleep improvement? Not gonna lie - I think it's helping. My phone addiction hasn't decreased (oops), but I do feel like I'm falling asleep faster since using these 2-3 hours before bed.
Biggest complaint: The clips are kinda chunky. They don't interfere with vision exactly, but you can see them in your peripheral vision which takes some getting used to. Also had to carefully measure my frames first - these wouldn't fit my smaller backup glasses.
Bonus points for coming with a decent storage pouch and cleaning cloth! For the price, these are way better than getting blue light coating on new prescription lenses. Would recommend if you're screen-heavy like me!
