After using the ZELUS Ab Machine for several weeks, I can confidently say it's a solid piece of equipment for home workouts. The dual-track design really does mimic the effectiveness of hanging leg raises, and I've noticed my core strength improving significantly.
The 4 intensity levels are great for progressing your workouts. I started at level 1 and have gradually worked up to level 3 - the burn is real! The digital display is a nice touch, though I wish it had more features like tracking workout history.
Assembly was straightforward but frustrating. Like other reviewers mentioned, the instructions are practically nonexistent. It took me about 20 minutes of trial and error to figure out where all the screws and pins go.
The machine feels sturdy during use (I'm 180lbs), though some plastic components do feel a bit cheap. The foam padding is comfortable enough, but I question how long it will last with regular use.
Storage is definitely a plus - it folds up easily and tucks away in my small apartment without issue. However, the grips do tend to slide around during intense sessions, which can be annoying mid-workout.
For the price point, it delivers decent value. It's not perfect (better instructions and higher quality padding would go a long way), but if you're looking for an affordable ab machine that actually works, this is worth considering.
