Okay, so I finally caved and bought this pink ab coaster after seeing it EVERYWHERE online. Here’s my honest take after two weeks of use:
The Good: First off, assembly was stupid easy—like four steps and done. The LCD display is a nice touch for tracking reps/calories (though sometimes it misses counts). The sliding motion REALLY burns those abs—you’ll feel it instantly. Also obsessed with the adjustable incline levels; I started on beginner but already moved up to standard!
The Meh: The glider started sticking after a few days?? I fixed it temporarily with treadmill oil (weird hack but worked). Also, the welding looks kinda cheap—hoping it holds up long-term. Knee pads are decent but could be thicker for us sensitive-knee folks.
Final Verdict: For the price, it’s a solid home workout option if you’re consistent. Just wish the build quality matched how effective the actual workout is. 7/10—would recommend with caution!
