Just got this pedal puller resistance rope and honestly... it's a bit of a letdown. I'm 5'6" and when I try to use it as shown in the ads, there's ZERO resistance. Like, what's the point? It barely does anything unless I contort into weird positions.
On the flip side, my GF absolutely loves this thing! She uses it for ab workouts multiple times a week. Says it makes those leg lifts way easier when she's on her back. The portability is nice too - she takes it everywhere.
The build quality seems decent with those thick ropes, but for me personally? Total waste of money. Might work better for beginners or lighter workouts, but if you're looking for real resistance training, keep looking.
