Okay, so I bought this game as a 'fun' way to teach my 14-year-old about money... jokes on me because now *I'm* the one having existential crises about my 401k at 2AM.
The professions cards are hilariously accurate - drew 'Janitor' first round and immediately felt attacked. But watching my kid strategize whether to invest in stocks or pay off 'bad debt' was weirdly satisfying (and slightly terrifying when they started negotiating better than me).
Pro tip: The 'having kids' penalty cards sparked the most dramatic reactions. My nephew literally screamed 'NOT AGAIN!' when drawing a second child card. Welcome to adulthood, kiddo.
Only complaint? The money organization is chaos - we ended up using chip clips like some sort of financial raccoons. Also took us three tries to understand the fast-track rules (still not convinced we're doing it right).
10/10 would stress-cry about imaginary mortgages again. Already planning our next game night - though maybe with wine for the adults this time.
