I've been using the Electronic Abs Toning Belt for about a month now, and here's my take on it. First off, setting it up was a breeze – just strap it on, choose one of the 9 modes, and adjust the intensity. The tingling sensation is weird at first but surprisingly addictive!
I mostly use it while binge-watching Netflix or working at my desk. It’s not a magic wand – you won’t wake up with six-pack abs overnight. But combined with light exercise (I do 15-minute walks daily), I’ve noticed my stomach feels tighter. The automatic 30-minute shutoff is great because I’d probably forget to turn it off otherwise.
The battery life could be better though – I change batteries every 10-12 uses. And while the max intensity feels strong to me, my gym-enthusiast friend said it’s too mild for his liking. The included arm/leg pads are a nice bonus for targeting other areas.
Biggest surprise? It actually helps with my post-workout muscle soreness when used on lower settings! For $40, it’s been a fun addition to my lazy-girl fitness routine – just don’t expect miracles without putting in some effort yourself.
