Okay, so I just finished 'The Perfect Ex-Wife' and wow... just WOW. This book had me hooked from page one! The psychological twists? Chef's kiss. I literally gasped out loud at least three times.
The characters felt so real - like I could bump into them at Starbucks. That moment when you realize someone's been lying the whole time? Mind. Blown. The ending? Did NOT see that coming at all!
Though gotta say, there were some weird editing issues that took me out of the story sometimes. Like suddenly they're in a house when last chapter they were in an apartment? Come on editors, do better!
Some parts did feel a bit unrealistic (no spoilers but... really?), but overall it was such a wild ride that I couldn't put it down. Finished it in two days flat!
Would I recommend? Absolutely - but maybe wait for them to fix those editing errors first. Still giving it 4 stars because that twist was everything!
