Okay, let me just say this upfront – I was NOT ready for how good this TV is. Like, jaw-dropping, 'holy-crap-is-this-real-life?' good.
The Quantum Mini LEDs? Insane. Watching The Batman on this thing was like seeing a whole new movie – every shadow detail in the suit, every raindrop on the pavement. And the brightness? My living room basically turns into a movie theater when HDR kicks in.
Setup was stupid easy. Like 'scan-a-QR-code-and-you're-done' easy. Had all my apps logged in and updated in under 30 minutes. The remote's tiny but brilliant – charges via USB-C and even has little solar panels? Future stuff.
Sound-wise, I was shocked at how decent the built-in speakers are (60W apparently does work). But obviously I paired it with Samsung's soundbar because... well, why wouldn't you?
Only gripes? Standard def stuff looks worse than my old 1080P TV (4K upscaling can't work miracles), and you gotta sit closer to appreciate all those pixels. But when it shines? Oh man does it shine.
PS – Got mine price-matched when it went on sale later. Always ask!
