First off - the SWEAT. Oh my god. I wore this during my HIIT class and looked like I'd jumped in a pool. The nano-silver material really does make you sweat buckets compared to my old neoprene belt.

The fit is super adjustable with strong velcro (no slipping mid-workout!). Though heads up - size seems to run small. I'm usually XL but needed to go up a size.
